In the overpopulated city of Mexico the concrete and and pollution stalks over twenty million citizens. Javier Senosiaín, architect and teacher, disseminates what he calls “organic architecture”, semi buried houses in gardens inspired by living beings like whales, sharks or the petals of a flower.
His unique work is called Nautilus. The Mayorazgo offices in Mexico city are the highlight, the organic house in the State of Mexico, the Senosiain Laboratories in Celaya, Guanajuato, The Flower house in Naucalpan and the group of homes called The Nest of Quetzalcóatl.
According to his own words, “human beings shouldn’t detach from the primal impulses of his biological being. One should remember the natural principle and that the search for our dwelling cannot be separate from the root; in other words, one should avoid an unnatural habitat.”
